This gentle evening practice will include slow nourishing movements, yoga asana and guided relaxation practices designed to leave you feeling more connected, restored and attuned to your body. A variety of options will be offered in an effort to be accessible for many types of movement ability.

1st FRIDAY of every month 7-8pm (MT)

Everyone is welcome regardless of experience. This class is an opportunity to take some time to land and meet yourself as you are!
Meditations are inspired by a monthly theme infused with practices from a variety of contemplative and heart centered lineages.
